I've been on four tours with McTours, the first was this tour back in 2011, as you can see it was in Scotland, the second in 2013 in Provence, France, the third in 2015 in Amalfi Coast, Italy and in 2017 I toured with them in Andalusia, Spain.
On each of these tours Brian has led the routes which were all well designed finding interesting stops and good coffee shops. There were plenty of twisty roads too and the scenery has always been wonderful. Better still the hotels were well chosen to give good quality food and rooms.
I was booked on a 2020 tour with McTours returning to Italy. This time the Tyrol Alps but due to the pandemic it was cancelled.

I didn't do this whole tour just a part of it because we restricted by time. We previously met Brian in France and so knew who to look for when we met again Near Newcastle on Thursday. Brian led us into Scotland and onwards to the outskirts of Edinburgh where we stayed at the wonderful Carberry Tower Mansion House. Friday morning we headed to Aviemore and on Saturday took a variation to this tour and re-joined the route at Gairloch. Sunday we toured Skye and stopped at Mallaig. Monday brought us back to Carberry and we headed home on Tuesday. Brian looked after us all the way and I cannot compliment him highly enough, his service is outstanding!
